Hello! I’m Amit Gulia, originally from Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I completed my schooling at Vijaya Sr. Sec. School and earned my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MDU Rohtak.

I began my professional journey in 2018 as a Customer Support Executive, later moving to Indiabulls Consumer Finance Ltd. as a Sales & Backend Executive, where I was recognized multiple times as one of the top performers.

Since August 2021, I have been working with the IITD-AIA Foundation for Smart Manufacturing (FSM). My role here has been a turning point, exposing me to administration, operations, corporate training, and event management. Over the years, I have:

• Coordinated 25+ corporate training programs for leading organizations including Maruti Suzuki, Indian Railways, HAL, Mahindra, and Tata Motors.
• Gained expertise in administration, HR, procurement, vendor management, and event coordination.
• Contributed to prestigious IIT Delhi events such as ROBOCON and Open House, each hosting 300+ participants.

Working at FSM has been an incredible journey, with endless opportunities to grow and learn alongside a skilled and supportive team. I’ve sharpened my time management, communication, and leadership skills, and continue to explore new ways to contribute to both the organization and the industries we serve.
